Role: HR Manager
Salary: 19, 000 to 22,000 plus benefits
Car: UAE Licence Required

Our client is a well-known Multi National based in Jebel Ali and works in the manufacturing and instillation industry with client clients in the Oil and Gas, Power and commercial sectors.

Due to their expanding portfolio and drive for excellence they are seeking an experienced HR Officer to join their ever growing team.

Reporting to the CFO and Administration Manager this is an exciting role where you will take over the complete operation of HR and implement the department using analysing the current processes and systems creating new ones so that efficiency can be created. This is the heart of the business so experience in active hands on management of all employee relations, recruitment, compensation and benefits, Policy and Procedures, Payroll, Training and Development is essential

This is a role where all hands on deck is required, being fast and accurate is important. You will also manage a team of 3-4 people who will support the functions in HR and you will need to train and develop your team along with the operation.

A busy environment you must have exceptional organisation skills and as an HR representative of the company your communication skills and employee management and engagement will be essential along with a complete understanding of the UAE law. Retaining your energetic personality with the ability to handle a high work load and do this with a smile will be a unique skill.

Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

Managing the HR Department
Hands on management of all Advertising and Recruitment
Employee Management planning and facilitation
HR Reporting to Senior Management
Compensation and benefits
Monitoring communication to employees
Employee relations and development
ERP Implementation and Management
Staff Management of 3-4 Staff

Requirements:

3-4 years experience in HR
University Degree Preference HR
Experience with UAE Law
Female Preferred, Arabic, Filipino, European
