Job description / Role
HR Manager - Up to AED 20,000 plus family benefits
Our client requires a skilled and experienced HR Manager to join their team in Dubai. Managing the HR functions for a work force of approximately 300 staff and reporting to the General Manager responsibilities include:
End to end recruitment for office and blue collar workers
Manage all offers and employee contracts and on-boarding for new joiners
Coordination with head office to roll out HR policies and procedures
Employee relations including disciplinaries, grievances and promotions
Manage a HR Officer and 2 PROs
Liaise with the head office to manage the HR budget
Manage all employee personnel files
Manage and update the HR handbook
Assess training requirements for each department
Requirements
Candidates with a manufacturing or engineering background would be preferred.
A strong understanding of the UAE labour law is essential
A HR qualification is required along with a minimum of 2 years UAE HR experience
Only candidates currently present in the UAE will be considered
