Job description / Role
Our client is seeking an HR Manager to be based in their offices in Dubai, UAE. This role will be reporting to the HR Director.
As an HR Manager, you would deliver comprehensive HR services to the company in line with the companys strategic goals and provide expert professional advice and support to managers and staff on all aspects of human resources. Moreover, you will also be responsible for other HR functions - recruitment, employee relations, performance and staffing levels, organizational development and talent acquisition.
Requirements
Successful candidates should possess:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college
- Minimum 3-5 years professional work experience within the HR field
- In-depth understanding of HR concepts and principles
- In depth and expert knowledge of UAE Labour Law and broad knowledge on all facets of HR.
- Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions, manage conflicting priorities in a fast
paced environment
- Excellent English communication skills
