Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a multinational organisation within the retail sector who has a major global presence. Our client is looking to hire an HR Manager to maintain and develop a trust culture between management and employees and ensure that internal customers receive the expected value from the HR department.
Reporting to the HR Director, you will be responsible for driving all recruitment requirements, preparing offer letters / contracts of employment and supporting the performance management process.
You will provide coaching to employees and management, articulate and present HR concepts to employees and sustain an employee orientated high performance culture.
Furthermore, you will manage personal planning, annual salary rounds (working closely with the rewards team) and drive the implementation of personnel and management development tools including succession planning, talent management and development plans. With the guidance of various HR Managers, you will also be responsible for building successful employee relations and managing and implementing specific HR tools.
Requirements
The successful candidate should be Degree educated and have a minimum of 4 to 5 years progressive work experience in the generalist field of HR.
Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in MNCs or in an organisation with a workforce of more than 200.
It is essential you have UAE experience.
