Job description / Role
My client is a leading interior design, exhibition and events company in the UAE. With their main offices in Dubai, this company is looking to recruit an experienced HR Manager who will be chiefly responsible for the smooth running of the management of people within the business.
Your main responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Developing HR strategies, policies and procedures
- Manpower planning and organisational development
- Talent management including managing the 360 recruitment cycle
- Overseeing HR administration and documentation
- Organisational design and compensation and benefits
- Overseeing and developing the Induction and Onboarding process
- Training and Development and Performance Management including Appraisals
- HRIS Personnel records and HRMS reporting
- Payroll and leave administration
- Developing office culture, vision, values and morale
- Developing Employee Handbook and reviewing contracts
- HR department management
- Administering the ISO certification
Requirements
As well as having a proven track record in all of the above, applicants must hold the following attributes:
- Firm understanding and interpretation of UAE Labour law
- Bachelors Degree in Business Management or HRM
- A minimum of 5 - 7 years HR experience
- Experienced user of HRIS systems
- Expert in MS Office
- Already based in Dubai
