HR Manager

Job description / Role

Charterhouse is working with a rapidly expanding world class manufacturing company headquartered in Dubai. Our client is looking to hire an experienced HR Manager to support rapid, large-scale global growth.

Reporting to the Group HR Director, this role will work across all HR functions from Recruitment/Staff Planning, Training & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll Processing and Employee Development.

You will be required to work closely with senior management on key projects such as the development of a performance management system, the creation of training programs (for all staff), the creation and implementation of staff plans (based on organisational needs and budgets) and the development of all HR policies and procedures.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have a minimum of 5 years HR experience (with a minimum of 3 at a managerial level). You should also have previously worked within the manufacturing industry and have experience working with a blue collar workforce. Start-up knowledge would be extremely beneficial alongside previous regional experience.
