Job description / Role
A large local education business is seeking to recruit a HR Manager to support the CEO in the function of HR duties.
Responsibilities
- Take responsbility for recruitment of senior members of campuses including Directors and Teachers; this will include head hunting and first stage interviews
- Work with the CEO and Finance team to put together salary benchmarks and targets for employees to meet salary marks
- Streamline and implement polices and procedures; ensure is consistent across the business
- Put together training manuals and coaching trackers
- Ensure an evaluation and appraisal tracker is followed and falls in line with salary benchmarking
Requirements
The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 2-3 years in a HR role providing support to HR policies and procedures as well as experience in recruitment.
You will need confident communication skills and be able to work with the Directors of each campus with their needs
European, American or Australian candidates would be most suitable.
Experience working in the education sector would be beneficial but not essential.
Salary up to AED 20,000 plus bonus and benefits
