Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a Management Consultancy who has an excellent opportunity available for an HR Manager to be based in Dubai.
Your main duties will include ensuring the smooth entry of all employees to include processing relevant paperwork, background screening and their incorporation into all HR systems. You will build and develop the team, including coaching, training, and evaluating individual team members.
Other responsibilities include managing the annual review and compensation process, working closely with the Learning Manager to develop and manage learning programs as well as overseeing compliance with relevant regulatory requirements. In addition, you will update the global mobility team with cost of living expenses for each of the locations on an annual basis alongside completing the yearly budgets for all HR related accounts.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have outstanding administration and organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. You should have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and very strong customer service orientation.
You should also be meticulous and able to multi-task effectively as well as have a high degree of maturity, self-confidence, trustworthiness and integrity. It is essential you have presence and credibility and are able to work well at multiple levels even when under pressure.
