Job description / Role
On behalf of an International Financial Firm in the DIFC, Swisslinx is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager.
This role is for a high-level and polished professional, with an excellent background in international companies.
Your role will include, but not be limited to:
- Full recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, offering
- Managing full on-boarding of new employees
- Managing all exit employees
- Provide training, as well as liaising with external training providers
- Managing HR administrative tasks (ex. NOC letters, salary certificates, etc.)
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in an HR role within a well-established large organization (ideally a financial institution)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
- Experienced with DIFC rules and regulations
- CIPD qualified (ideally)
