HR Manager
Up to AED 30,000 per month
Dubai, UAE


Our client is a Global Multinational company and they are currently seeking a HR Manager.

As the HR Manager you will be required to effectively transform service levels by reviewing and initiating continuous improvement of process workflows in the areas of Operations, Compensation & Benefits and Performance Management.

Reporting to the HR Director some responsibilities will include:-

Managing the recruitment, operations, compensations & benefits, immigration services teams and HR Business partners who are consistently efficient and technically thorough.
In-charge of implementing HR & Payroll systems for UAE and Oman with integration into Oracle timesheet and project management modules.
Directing the re-engineering of the HR policy manual with extensive details of the working of each policy.
Putting together a shared service center to manage support services consisting of HR, Finance, Facilities & IT for the Lower Gulf region.

Requirements

Qualifications and Background:-

Completed undergraduate degree
Post graduate degree and/or a professional designation is an asset
Minimum 4 - 6 years of relevant work experience in Shared Services, Service Delivery, and HR Process Re-engineering / Design and Operations and HR transformation.
Deep HR lifecycle process knowledge with proven ability to identify upstream and downstream implications to HR process decisions
Superior workshop facilitation, verbal and written communication skills
Strong consulting/professional services experience is a must
Strong commitment to professional and client service excellence
Proven ability to deliver the full cycle of project management accountabilities
Experienced with project problem diagnosis, solution development, client communications, facilitation of decision making, documentation, managing client expectations and team leadership
