Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

A leading hotel group are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join their team in Dubai.

The main responsibilities will be:
- Recruitment - Manage annual recruitment plan and ad-hoc requirements, run mass recruitment drives which includes visiting source countries to interview candidates
- Compensation and Benefits - Assist Head of HR with bench marking studies from the local market, provide assistance with salary grading, monitor policies and procedures and assist with the development of bonus scheme for employees and management
- Talent Management and Employee Relations - Support the Head of HR to develop talent management and career development strategies and provide support to the operational team to execute the talent management strategy, effectively manage employee relation issues including grievances, terminations, counselling and development needs
- Learning and Development - Oversee implementation of the learning and development programme, assist Head of HR in continues applicability of an L&D programme, manage the induction programme for new starters
- General HR Administration - Manage all team accommodation, oversee administration of all HR documents and spreadsheets, provide monthly turnover reports to management team, ensure effective communication with all employees throughout the business

Requirements

- Degree in Business/HR Management or CIPD membership
- 3 years experience within a management role in the UAE, preferably in the hospitality sector
- Strong HR generalist background
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Highly developed interpersonal skills, able to easily build relationships at all levels
- International travel is requires for recruitment drives
- UAE driver's licence and own transport required
