HR Manager

Job description / Role

HR Manager wanted for regional full service agency.

The ideal candidate should be highly collaborative with past experience in every aspect of HR management including, but not limited to Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Talent Review, Performance Management, investigations, Compensation and Benefits.

Requirements

You will be responsible for the all aspects of the agency's Human Resource functions.

- Provide high level of support to both management and employees on the full array of human resources practices;
- Proactively develop, recommend, and implement HR strategic plans to support business goals specifically with regard to staffing, retention, training, learning and development, immigration and employee relations;
- Ability to conduct in depth investigations;
- Provide a high level of service to employees as it relates to onboarding, professional development, benefits and other employee-related issues;
- Handle all employee relations issues as well as HR issues related to agency policies;
- Run annual compensation, performance review, talent review and promotion processes
- Manage, contribute and partner with HR colleagues as required.
