Reporting: Reports directly to the Managing Director

NRS International is currently seeking an enthusiastic and driven Human Resource Manager. This seasoned professional will oversee the HR strategy of NRS International, a global player in the humanitarian and public health sector, and its three subsidiaries NRS Relief, Flexiway Solar Solutions and TANA Netting.

Our sales, marketing, logistics and financial departments are headquartered in Jebel Ali Freezone (50 FTE), Dubai and serve our state-of-the-art factory in Lahore, Pakistan (5000+FTE).

The objective of the HR Manager is to create an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes on quality, continuous improvement, key employee retention and development and high performance.

Responsibilities include:
- Successful candidate will create clear and transparent HR strategy and advise senior management on strategic HR issues in order to create a highly professional and diverse team in line with our company values and culture
- Talent acquisition, performance management and retention strategy are key elements to this position
- Should have excellent knowledge of- and practical experience with- the UAE labour law. Candidates without this key competence will not be considered.
- Able to create and implement an employee appraisal and disciplinary strategy for various business unites and ensures planning, monitoring and filing of performance review documents
- Excellent knowledge of the latest international recruitment techniques including the use of Social Media channels. In addition, has a good understanding of employer branding
- Manages recruitment process from A to Z: from the requirement identification to the final selection in coordination with the HODs. Has in-depth knowledge of interview programmes, candidate selection, induction programmes and possesses strong negotiation skills
- Will manage the in-house HR officer and oversees the administrative side of HR management, including payroll administration, employee relations administration, offer letters etc
- Keeps the Personnel Policy Manual (PPM) updated and consistent with the companys requirements and with local regulations; ensure its implementation.

Requirements

- Masters degree or equivalent in Human Resource management, or business administration
- A minimum of 5-years experience as an HR Manager in the manufacturing sector or humanitarian aid sector, preferably in a multinational and multicultural organization.
- Fluent in English.

To be considered for this role, you will need to be an experienced and confident HR Manager with at least 5 years in a management position.

We are looking for a strong personality who has eye for team-spirit and cohesion, but at the same time is able to embrace change management.
