Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a global, market leading, multinational organisation within the retail sector. Our client is looking to hire an HR Manager.
Reporting to the HR Director, you will be responsible for driving all recruitment requirements, preparing offer letters / contracts of employment and supporting the performance management process. You will provide coaching to employees and management, articulate and present HR concepts to employees and support an employee-orientated high performance culture. Furthermore, you will manage personal planning, annual salary rounds (working closely with the rewards team) and drive the implementation of personnel and management development tools (succession planning, talent management, development plans). With the guidance of HR Managers, you will also be responsible for building / managing successful employee relations with the implementation of specific HR tools.
Requirements
The successful candidate should be Degree educated and have a minimum of 4 years progressive work experience in an HR generalist field. Ideally your experience should be within MNCs or a company with a workforce of 200+. UAE experience is essential and Western educated candidates are preferred.
