Our client is a top tier global law with regional headquarters based in Dubai. Following a restructure, a new role has been created and they are recruiting for an HR Manager to join theDubaipartnership with additional responsibilities for a second GCC office.
In this role, you will work to ensure that all HR activities are carried out in accordance with global "best practice" and to the company's worldwide HR standards. This is a broad generalist role which covers L&D, employee relations, recruitment & selection, policies & procedures, and general guidance to all aspects of HR.

Successful candidates will have a strong generalist HR background, which will ideally have been gained within a professional services partnership or within a law firm. Regional experience along with an understanding of local labour laws is essential and should be evident in your application.
