The Role


The Role


This is an exciting role working for one of the worlds leading healthcare/pharmaceuticals organisations.

This position is a stand-alone role supporting the staff in Egypt and Algeria using your full range of generalist HR skills and experience. You will cover the full range of HR functions including, ER C& B, employee engagement and organisational design and change.

This is a true business partnering role where you will be required to provide leadership, direction and expertise as well as coaching and mentoring of staff.

The successful candidate MUST be an Egyptian National and be fluent in Arabic, French and English! You should hold a relevant degree and MUST have at least 5 years experience within a generalist HR capacity including recruiting.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a given for this role, as are sound knowledge of local labour laws, good HR systems knowledge, ability to make independent decisions, manage conflicting priorities in a very fast paced environment and with a highly talented and demanding clientbase.
