The Role


The Role


Guides and manages the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for operations in Egypt.

Principal Responsibilities / Duties:

- Originates and leads HR practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.
- Implement HR programs and policies, and manage every aspect of employee development and relations.
- Manage recruiting and staffing, performance management, benefits and compensation administration, organizational development, employee counseling services, and training.
- Ensure organizational conformation with applicable HR related regulations and statutes as well as organizational procedures and policies.
- Conduct performance reviews with personnel managers and monitoring employee attitudes, productivity, and performance outcomes.
- Develop staffing strategies and implementing programs and plans. Identifying and cultivating effective and appropriate sources for employee for all job levels.
- Ensure job description for every employee position is up-to-date and accurate.
- Identify, evaluate, and resolve human relations, employee morale, work performance, and organizational productivity concerns.
- Ensure that every aspect of human resources incorporate the vision, values, and culture of the organization.
- Conducts a continuing study of all Human Resources policies, programs, and practices to keep management informed of new developments
- Develops and administers programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the company.
- Plan, develop, and provide training and staff development programs
- Prepare training budget for departments.
- Support Managers in setting budgets. Monitor expenditure with timely interventions on budgets where appropriate.
- Oversee manpower planning, selection, appointment, placement and induction.
- Develops and monitors annual budget that includes Human Resources services, employee recognition, and administration.
- Ensure the job is performed by adhering to HSE standards applicable and is accountable to the same.

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, Organization Development

Experience Required:

Ten plus years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources positions

Skills Required:
Strong project management, time management, and leadership skills
Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills
Excellent organizational skills
Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Diplomatic and negotiation skills
