Job description / Role
Part of a dynamic group family owned businesses, this manufacturing & construction company is hiring an HR Manager.
You will be acting as the "go to" manager for a workforce of around 300 multi cultural labourers (Indians, Pakistani and Arab) ensuring that health and safety of all employees is a priority.
You will also work closely with the GM - HR to develop process and procedure
Requirements
You will be experienced in HR issues relating to a manufacturing environment and must be able to demonstrate the ability to work with people from differing backgrounds.
Preferably with a professional HR accreditation you will need to be a strong but thoughtful manager.
