Employment: Full Time

• We are looking for a HR Manager, for our Rail project in Saudi Arabia.
• Manages the HR Department / Recruitment / HR Generalist.
• Manages the resource requirements for assigned projects.
• Display a team player attitude, be motivated, flexible, a creative thinker, and fast learner.

Requirements

• Preferably 5 years of experience in a managerial role preferably as a HR Manager.
• Preferably 10 years overall Civil industry experience with minimum 3 years in Railways / Linear infrastructure projects.
• You must be a self starter with the ability to initiate plans and implement them in order to meet the business plans and goals of the company.
• Strong personality and leadership.
• Fluent in English.
• KSA experience is a definite advantage.
