HR Manager

Job description / Role

Our client is a market leading manufacturing company based in Jeddah.

As HR Manager your primary role is to develop HR policies and procedures, as well as the broader HR strategy for the group and lead its implementation.
This newly created position will be working closely with the Managing Director as well as other management to determine the broader HR strategy of the business.
Other duties include:
* Develop and lead training and development plans for staff members
* Lead the recruitment process.Attract and identify suitable candidates for new roles.
* Involved in candidate on-boarding
* Employee relations for the group
* Ensuring the business is complying with Saudi government regulations as well as Saudization.
* Drive initiatives to attract candidates

Requirements

Suitable candidates will have experience working in Saudi Arabia in a multinational company. 3- 5 years experience is essential for this position. Candidates with strong operational HR experience and strong understanding of HR planning, forecasting and execution.

Manufacturing experience would be advantageous. Candidates must have strong written and verbal Arabic and English skills.

Salary is 10,000 - 12,000 SAR + 3 months salary for housing, plus family health insurance and flights for family.
