Are you ready to take the lead in a large HR function for one of the region’s largest and most respected manufacturing organisations? Have you reached the point in your career where you can add strategic oversight and become a true business partner to CEOs, VPs and Senior Leadership, across a wide variety of functions? With an employee headcount of over 1200 employees, and a diverse product portfolio, you will need to be at the top of your game at all times. With over 10 manufacturing facilities within the UAE alone, and more overseas, this is a truly fast paced environment that will bring many challenges as well as many opportunities for growth and success.

You will have a high level reporting line into the CEOs and VPs of the business, a large team of HR professionals will support you in shaping the people agenda, ensuring that the very best talent is recruited, and the latest policies and procedures are implemented.

We are looking for a senior HR professional who has a proven track record of success in a large FMCG/ Manufacturing business here in the GCC. This regional experience is essential. Naturally a role such as this requires outstanding leadership and communication skills, with a natural ability to influence across all levels of a business. You will be adept at working cross functionally with diverse teams in functions such as procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, finance, sales and marketing.

Your knowledge of HR policies, procedures and best practices will be second to none and you will have furthered your academic HR qualifications at some point throughout your career.
