HR Manager

Job description / Role

Our Client a multinational media & communications group is looking for a HR Manager to join the operations in Jeddah ,Saudi.

Role will support Jeddah/Riyadh office with general HR matters.

Manage staff relationships, promptly respond to queries and manage expectations.

Ensure Human Resources matters are handled fairly and consistently in line with legal and company requirements.

Work in partnership with line managers on performance management, employee relations, resourcing and staff management/development.

Help to drive organizational performance by driving core business objectives.

Requirements

- HR background is essential
- Role will support Jeddah office with general HR Matters
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Arabic
- Preferred international HR qualification and/ or relevant experience
- Experience of KSA Labour Law and GOSI
- Experience in working in a professional services environment ideally
- Ability to work with little supervision and be part of a virtual team as incumbent will report into the regional Head of HR and local Managing Director
