Employment: Full Time

HR Manager required for a well established Danish FMCG organization in Jeddah.

Providing advice and guidance to the General Manager and operating management on all aspects of Human Resources. This role is vital for the company and an interesting challenge for the right candidate.

The right candidate must be thoroughly familiar with all functional areas of HR and have an in-depth knowledge of HR regulations and practices, as well as a familiarity with corporate policies and procedures. Reporting to the General Manager, this position holds a strong strategic impact to the continued success and penetration into the KSA Market

Key responsibilities:

• To develop leading edge HR Policies, Systems, Processes and the compliance of these.

• To establish staffing requirements and identifying potential sources of qualified candidates.

• To ensure timely recruitment of the required staff.

• Provide leadership and direction to assigned HR support staff, including identifying opportunities for training and development. Reviews staff work output, complete performance evaluations, and takes corrective action as necessary.

• Participate in developing and lead change management programs

• Application of evidenced based concepts and theories in relation to organizational development, motivation, teamwork, selection and retention.

• Participate in developing and administer compensation programs and oversee the annual salary planning process. Review, approve, and process salary adjustments within assigned limits in line with the strategies and directions.

• Participates in the resolution of employee relations issues.

Requirements

Preferred Education/Experience (Hard Skills)

• Masters Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or Human Resources (or equivalent) and at least 5 years experience, in a senior role.

Soft Skills:
• Communication skills, Presentation Skills, Team Player, Motivational Skills, Analytical Ability, Logical Thinking, Relationship Building, , Systematic Approach.
