The Role


The Role


Main Duties & Responsibilities:

- Administers compensation, benefits, performance management systems, safety and recreation programs

- Advises managers on organizational policy matters, HR procedures and policies

- Allocates human resources, ensuring appropriate matches between personnel and job requirement

- Analyzes statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems and develop recommendations for improving the organization's personnel policies and practices

- Analyzes training needs to design employee development and health and safety programs

- Conducts exit interviews to identify reasons for employee turnover

- Identifies staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants

- Maintains records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates

- Facilitate change in organization to help transition all levels

- Forecast future staffing and organizational needs

- Develops new programs to attract and retain staff

- Motivating and identifying the best people for the job

- Knowledge in principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits

- Knowledge of Business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources

- Analytical and problem solving skills

- Profound communication skills

- Time Management skills

- Minimum of 7years experience in the retail sector

- Preferable with bachelor degree in business administration and/or organizational behavior
