Job description / Role
- Over all management of Administration, HR, Government Relations & Security Department.
- Administers company rules in accordance with management objectives, policy management and documentation.
- Recruitment and staffing
- Development of human resources;
- Employees benefits and welfare;
- Company and employees safety
- Compensation and benefits administration
- Coordinates with government offices for government related issues, i.e., labor office, port authorities, foreign affairs, etc.
- Coordinates directly with Aramco, Marafiq, Saudi Electric Company, Royal Commission, etc. for company projects and other requirements;
- Employee orientation, development and training
Requirements
- 10 years experience in management level in administration, human Resources and government relations.
- Employee relations.
- Annual budget
- Coordinates with labor office, Embassies and other governmental agencies for visa and other permits and licenses.
- Perform other task from top management.
