Employment: Full Time

Managing the Company’s Saudi Arabia Office and assisting a fully registered and operating legal entity in KSA.
The role will include but will not be limited to general administration duties, human resources, finance and government related activities and functions. The maintenance of statutory reporting and submission requirements will be a key requirement also.
Specific activities will include but not be limited to payroll, statutory reporting and submissions, filing, work permits and visa processing, accounts payable and receivable, recruitment and local on-boarding, statutory registrations, local IT and office infrastructure management; rental, lease and travel management, and any other administrative related functions required for the effective operation of the Saudi Arabia Office.

Requirements

- Implementing and following up on Global, MENA and local HR policies, procedures
- Business partner with the local management team in Al Khobar, Functional and/or Business Leaders
- Represent the Company at the Dept. of Labour
- Coordination with the MENA HR Office in regards to issuing contracts of employment
- Coordinate with MENA HR Office in regards to disciplinary actions, grievances and terminations
- Support the HR Team in executing and evaluating Training and Development initiatives
- Coordinate with MENA HR Office on SAP HCM Maintenance
- Coordinate with MENA HR Office on monthly payroll processing
- Coordinate with MENA HR Office on HR initiatives and implement in KSA
- Ensure compliance with KSA Labour Law
- Establish and maintenance of statutory records for Government Audits and reporting.
- Reporting and maintaining Saudization targets, and ensuring “Green” status on nationalization mix
- Responsible for the QA ISO 9000 related HR activities
- Arranging visas for new employees, including pre-employment medicals, government registrations and legalization of work perm
- Assisting new employees to arrange entrance visas for dependendents (IQAMA).
- Maintaining and updating confidential Individual employee file with all relevant details as per Saudi Arabia local requirements
- Maintaining statutory HR Reports and posting statutory notices
- Submission of statutory reports to Saudi Arabia Government Departments
- Entering employee information on Company’s ADP system
- Maintaining leave records
- Arranging necessary requirements for new employees (laptop, mobile sim card, health card etc.)
- Arranging and following up on Medical Insurance
- Assist with relocation as required
