The RoleThe RoleOur client, a large international hypermarket chain, is expanding its business operations to the Kuwaiti market and is therefore seeking an experienced HR Manager. Reporting to the Country Head on an operational basis & functionally to the Group Head of HR, you will support the Line Managers & independently manage all HR related aspects. Responsibilities will include recruitment, legal issues, training, performance management, payroll, etc. |
RequirementsRequirementsIn order to be successful in this challenging role, you should have at least 7-10 years broad based HR experience within a large FMCG, retail or consumer distribution organization. Furthermore, you have a hands-on mentality, excellent communication skills, Arabic would be an advantage & the ability to motivate & lead teams. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience of start-up operations. |
