The Role


The Role


To assist project personnel and support the regional HR Operations Manager in continually providing best practice in Human Resource Services within the Organization by means of effective utilization of HR practices. To develop, advise and implement policies relating to the effective performance of employees within the project whilst also developing and delivering HR practices on a national gifted education reform project entitled with the Sabah Al-Ahmad Partnership Schools Programme in Kuwait.
To assist and develop HR policy that address any issues relating working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management. The HR Manager will be fully accountable for human resources administration and employee welfare.

Essential Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies or HR, or a related discipline

Essential Experience:
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Experience of working in a dynamic office environment
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes, including Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
• Experience of HR/Payroll systems
• An understanding of employment law
