Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Development & implementation of HR/ personnel policies & procedures. Supervision of all day to day activities of HR & personnel department.
- Ensuring timely issuance/renewal of residence permits, health cards & gate passes.
- Manpower analysis, planning & recruitment.
- Staff training & development.Employee relations.
- Liaison with all government departments/agencies.
- Maintenance of documents for ISO 22000 food safety system. Preparing periodic/adhoc management reports. Handling disputes with employees, resulting legal cases and liaison with company's lawyer for the same. Maintenance of properties/facilities and vehicle fleet.
- Any other function within HR/personnel management area as may be assigned by the management. Salary 1.500 KWD per month + medical + 30 day holidays.

Requirements

- 5 years experience in Human Resources
- Team size is up to 8 people
- Arabic speaking
- Locally based
- Experienced of working in Kuwait
- Handling disputes with employees
- Preparing periodic/ ad hoc management reports
- Preparing health cards
