Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

1. To handle all onboarding activties for all new joiners to Oman and visit visas for business related visits - including liaising and managing the PROs, candidates and governmental entities as appropriate to ensure all Oman employees and new joiners obtain all the necessary approvals
2. To be main point of contact with HR -HQ related to all staff queries related to letters, benefits, payroll and hiring, performance management and
3. To apply the Oman Labour law and advise managers on the labour with relation to employee relations
4. To handle all HR admin requests related to salary certificates ,employment letters and other government or embassy letters as appropriate
5. To monitor performance management activities for Oman and advise managers on the performance management process
6. To handle any people related initiatives as directed by the Country General Manager
7. To conduct orientation sessions for all new joiners and ensure they are properly inducted and aware of the company policies and culture
8. To ensure all new joiners have necessary systems access and laptop and necessary tools to complete their roles
9. To handle the vacation management system and ensure all employees leaves are recorded on system and vacation cards
10. To handle all separation requests and ensure all employees have completed their necessary paper work and all final settlements are resolved accurately
11. To work with HR HQ on any legal escalation and advise them of any new changes to labour law in Oman
12. To assist in the recruitment and hiring process as required by the hiring managers
13. To manage all administration staff in the Oman branch and ensure omanization levels are maintained as per legal requirement

Requirements

- A degree in Human Resource
- The candidate should be an omani national either male or female
- The person should also have a general understanding on onboarding, recruitment , benefits and general HR admin
- The experience should be at least 3-5 years in HR
- Excellent communication in Arabic and fluent English speaking which is a must
