HR Manager

Job description / Role

A Multi-National industrial company are currently looking for an Omani National to join their operations in Oman as a HR Manager.

As a member of the Management Committee, participate in the strategy vision, definition and implementation of the BU
Articulate short-term business needs with long term HR Cluster strategy and integrate local environments in order to define, propose and manage a well adapted and well balanced HR answer for the BU.
Anticipate and drive organisational changes in order to best support strategic orientations and performance plans.

Internal & External Communications
Learning & Development

Requirements

Position is only available to Omani Nationals;

Bachelor's Degree
Minimum 5/6 years in HR
Strong professional with HR expertise.
Dynamic and can lead and drive a change
Assertive and able to manage stake holders.
Business partner with key stakeholders to develop the organisation.

Salary: 2500 - 2700 OMR + Schooling + Bonus + Medical
