HR Manager role for a Multi National Company, based in Qatar.
Job Description:
- Define and propose HR policies (recruitment, training and development, career management)
- Supervise Personnel Admin & Payroll
- People Management
- O & HR Support
- Internal and External Communication
- Create positive social climate
- Learning and Development
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree
- MBA (preferably in HR)
- 10 Years Experience, 4 -5 in a Similar Role
- Must be Arabic and English Speaking
- Excellent communication skills
- Business Understanding
- Must have GCC experience
