Our client is a well-recognised multinational firm that is currently recruiting an HR Manager to their team in Doha. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your generalist HR skills in a professional and collaborative environment.

Reporting into the HR Director, you will be involved in supporting both the Recruitment and HR functions through the implementation of policies, procedures and best practice. You will be driving key HR initiatives, identifying business needs and delivering excellent HR solutions.

Successful candidates must be degree-educated and have recently worked within the Engineering industry or a similar sector.

You should be commercially astute, have a resilient and flexible approach and enjoy having a great deal of autonomy in your role.

You will be able to demonstrate working on an operational and strategic level and will have ideally worked on HR projects in areas such as employee engagement, talent management and succession planning.

While Arabic is not a prerequisite for this role, it is certainly a preference.
