Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a leading electronics company who is looking to hire a focused and enthusiastic HR Manager to handle all aspects of the HR function for their Qatar Head Office.
Working in a multicultural environment and dealing direct with senior executives you will be an essential part of the team. You will be responsible for all HR activities including recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management and employee relations.
In addition you will be accountable for training and development as well as developing and implementing company policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies and plans to achieve the targets, monitor local employments trends and ensure all company recruitment standards are met.
Requirements
The successful candidate should be Degree educated, ideally with at least two years' experience in Qatar and have excellent knowledge of the Qatari Labour Law. You should be able to handle a large level of responsibility with a workforce of over 500. It is essential you have strong administration skills, effective communication and interpersonal skills coupled with the ability to work in a team environment.
