Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The role is responsible for HR Strategy ensuring effective implementation of HR activities and aligning them to overall company objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for headcount planning and labor cost management to support the planning cycle and ongoing monitoring of costs.
- Act as a business advisor, and develop the headcount plan and labor cost plan to assists upper management with annual headcount planning cycle.
- Expert on all matters related to headcount planning and labor cost management.
- Understanding company strategic and operating plans and workforce utilization requirements.
- Developing, recommending, and implementing metrics and other measurements for workforce productivity, ROI, HR program effectiveness, etc. to improve business results.
- Works closely with other business units on understanding key drivers of headcount and conducts benchmark studies.
- Helps ensure all month-end reports are timely and accurate. Advances reporting by leveraging technological enhancements.
- Supports the implementation of a centralized labor cost and headcount planning system.
- Perform all other duties as assigned; Fosters and develops a culture of excellence in client service.

Requirements

- Minimum 8 years of experience in HR
- Experience in Qatar Law
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, preferably Masters Degree holder, HR Certified such as CIPD, GPHR or SPHR
- Arabic speaker is an advantage for this role
