The RoleThe RoleOverview: Our client is a large Multinational company specializing in the Oil and Gas Sector. Due to some developments within the group, the company is now looking for a HR Manager to join their Qatar (Doha) Office. The role will be a generalist position and will require someone with a strong character who can liaise with the corporate offices. As well as Qatar the position may encompass Kuwait and smaller offices within eth region. Dubai is the headquarters for th middle East and you will work closely with this office when rolling out policies and procedures. As the HR Manager you will be responsible for the following duties: - Responsible for building up, enabling, maintaining and controlling a sufficiently qualified team of HR Administrators - Responsible for data quality of all HR Processes. - Ensuring a high quality of personnel administration services in terms of response time, accuracy, speed of delivery and customer care - Development / Support - Compensation & Benefits - Performance Management Process (PMP) - Consultation for and implementation of measures regarding individual employees - Consultation for (individual) competency development - Individual personnel actions - Moderation of upward-feedbacks (if required) |
RequirementsRequirementsPersonal Specification: You must be western educated and hold a relevant degree. You must have at least 5 years experience in a HR management position and demonstrated a clear sign of commitment throughout your career. Knowledge of SAP and Qatar Labour law are essential. Ideally you will currently be based in Qatar or have previously exposure lived there. You must be fluent in English both verbally and written. Salary range is 25,000 per month (total package) |
