HR Manager
Doha,Qatar
Circa. QAR 25,000 - 30,000 p/month
Approx. ₤50,000 - ₤60,000 p/annum

Our client is a world leader operating in the oil and gas and engineering sectors with impressive growth plans across the Middle East. To support this growth, they are recruiting an HR Manager to their team in Doha.

Reporting to the country HR Manager, you will have the opportunity cover a broad spectrum of generalist duties including monitoring and reporting on HR issues, opportunities and development plans. You will be involved in all aspects of the day-to-day running of the HR team and deal directly with staff to give advice and support within this highly successful organisation.

Ideally this role will suit a candidate who has worked in the Middle East and in sectors such as oil & gas, energy, engineering. This experience will further enable the role holder to gain credibility with the senior leadership team and be able to tailor the HR offering to the needs of the business. The ideal candidate will be robust and able to work in a culture that is direct, fast-moving and very operationally focused.
