Our client is a Global Medical Device organisation dedicated to improving people's lives, they currently seek an ambitious and dynamic HR manager. The role will manage outcomes that affect business performance using HR knowledge on engagement, performance management and attraction at country level to provide strategic solutions. In this position, you will be an HR Generalist who is able to demonstrate drive and enthusiasm to influence change within the KSA business unit.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.
- Responsibilities in the following functional areas: departmental development, employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, organizational development, and employment.
- Responsibility for all part of these areas:
HR Financial budgeting, cost planning and control
HR Reporting
Payroll administration, management & reporting
Recruiting and staffing logistics;
Employment permit administration;
Organizational and space planning;
Performance management and improvement systems;
Organization development;
Employment contracts, compliance and reporting;
Employee orientation, development, and training;
Policy development, documentation and implementation
Employee relations;
End of Service facilitation;
Compensation and benefits administration;
Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health; and
In addition to these, may perform other duties as assigned and required
- Coordinate the implementation of services, policies, and programs; in line with HR services direction.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource department including but not limited to the administration of the HR policies, procedures and programs.

Requirements

Requirements:

- Saudi Nationals only
- Minimum a Bachelors degree with preferred HR or management related degree
- At least 8 -10 years experience in HR
- Experience in Saudi is essential as well as preferable experience having worked/ Educated in a Western country
- Female not essential but preferable as line management is female
- Start date ASAP preferable those with short/flexible notice periods
