Job description / Role

- Overseeing all recruitment activities - especially the feminization of the workforce
- Putting in place the strategy to attract the right talent
- Devising the recruitment budgets with the top management of the firm
- Coordinating with various departments to understand their requirements and the shortfall in talent
- Deep understanding of the local labor laws is required to ensure that the recruitment strategy is in compliance with the same

Requirements

- Proven experience of handling the recruitment function in Saudi Arabia
- Experience of handling large scale recruitment
- Experience of managing the recruitment strategy, including budgeting
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to lead a team
