Employment: Full Time

The primary objective of the HR Manager is to effectively manage the domestic HR functions for the Company in support of business objectives. The position will ensure that the Human Resources strategy for the Company is aligned to key business goals, covering all relevant operations and office locations.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish a clear direction (goals) for the Human Resources function in alignment and compliance with key business drivers, performance indicators with an emphasis on the Companys mission and values statement, Companys overall goals and objectives.
- Benchmark best practice HR processes in pursuit of continuous business improvement and global alignment
- Responsible for guiding and managing HR programs that support the overall strategic direction of the growing business units.
- Complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources.
- Manage the appraisal process across all levels including preparing of career progression charts.
- Partner with senior leaders to determine training and development needs, create new training opportunities where needed, partnering with vendors to deliver programs, and engage in continuous improvement through the use of training evaluations.
- Manage employee relations issues, inclusive of coaching for managers and employees, creation and implementation of performance improvement plans, etc.
- Develop and manage HR budgeting and spending
- Assist in the development of workforce and succession planning
- Develop and ensure effective implementation of HR processes, policies and procedures
- Provide advice on corporate HR policies, policies, procedures and legislation to stakeholders
- Oversee and support disciplinary and grievance processes, absence management etc.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of HR processes, policies and procedures
- Actively contribute to management meetings to ensure integration of HR actions with operational objectives
- Provide information/ updates to Corporate Management and to other regional locations as needed
- Work closely with counterparts to achieve HR/ personnel operational goals in the region and others when appropriate
- Effectively communicate HR related matters to all local personnel
- Oversee the processes associated with the mobility of personnel in and out of the country and all related governmental regulation requirements
- Effectively work together with HR teams both within and outside the country
- Manage relationships with outside vendors/ experts on HR related matters

Requirements

- Masters degree preferred in Human Resources or a related field
- 20+ years of progressive HR experience, with 10 years in a management role. KSA experience of at least 3 years is essential
- Experience in leading senior talent acquisition/ talent management & training
- Designing and implementing strategic HR programs
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Thorough understanding of Human Resources principles
- Experience of the HR environment at a strategic and operational level
- Proven ability to lead and manage change projects and work to tight deadlines
- Ability to think strategically and translate into meaningful business orientated solutions
- Experience of building meaningful relationships, developing and coaching others
- Skilled at influencing others and managing customer expectations
- Personal impact and credibility with a focus on achieving commercially orientated results
