Parkhouse Bell is delighted to be recruiting for the role of HR Manager on behalf of our client involved in the colleges of excellence programme.
Reporting to the Head Of HR, the HR Manager will help achieve the targets and KPIs determined by the Board of Directors and the Principal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy HR resources to ensure the delivery of strategic objectives
- Develop and implement HR policies, processes, procedures and codes of practices to enable the college deliver its objectives
- Perform duties as a member of the leadership team to ensure the strategic objectives and plans are realized
- Coach and develop direct reports and other identified members of the senior team
Requirements
The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of successfully managing or significantly contributing to the management of a HR function in a large, complex organization, should be CIPD/CHRP/SHRM certified and must be prepared to work in the North side of KSA
