Job description / Role
One of our client is looking for HR Manager for Saudi Operations.
- Secure implementation of corporate standards, structures and processes across the employee-life-cycle, with the COMPANY competency model as an underlying principle for all processes (Recruitment, Talent management etc.)
Support as proactive Change Agent in acquisitions, restructuring, realignment activities
- Business Ally: Lead the local HR functions, build an HR organization that fits the requirements of the local market and matches strategic targets (incl. Employer Branding initiatives)
Requirements
- Graduate or post graduate in HR
- 3- 5 years of experience in HR operations
- Sound knowledge of strategic and operation HR tools
- Should have excellent communication skills
- Male / Female with transferable visa required
Salary : SAR 20000 inclusive all plus self benefits (i.e) ticket and insurance
