Employment: Full Time

Annual Remuneration up to AED 360,000 + Excellent career development opportunities.

Our client is a multinational supply chain company with footprints in most of the continents, including Middle East, Africa and Europe. Over the years, this conglomerate has expanded internationally into other logistics and transportation-related businesses. Due to their tremendous growth, they are actively seeking a Strategic HR Manager.
The core requirement of this role will be to act as the face of HR for the company to implement human resource strategies and programs.

As the HR Manager, your key responsibilities will be:

HR as Strategic Partner
• Support the development of organization strategies by identifying and anticipating human resource issues and establishing human resource objectives in line with organizational objectives.
• Develop action plans, measure and analyze results, initiate appropriate stop-gap measures promptly.
• Accept ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; explore opportunities to add value.

HR as Employee Advocate
• Implement cost effective staff learning and development program to strengthen management pipeline and bench-strength and as part of succession planning program.
• Implement effective staff engagement program to improve employee motivation and relations.

HR as Admin Expert
• Implement human resource programs by establishing department accountabilities, especially in the areas of talent acquisition, development & retention, staffing, compensation & benefits, employment & payroll processing, coaching & counseling, performance appraisal, employee grievances, disciplinary action and dismissal process.
• Ensure full compliance with UAE’s legal and legislation requirements; advising management on needed actions.
• Develop and update relevant policies, procedures, methods and guidelines to guide management and employee actions.
• Analyze wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan, including health and welfare benefits.

HR as Change Champion
• Guide management to understand the changing organizational and workforce trends which may likely influence the business and organization.
• Evaluate and articulate the impact that particular changes are likely to have on organization's people and processes, and be prepared to work with the business leaders to decide how to respond - being ahead of the curve, not behind it.

Requirements

To be a part of this company you will be a Graduate with over 10+ years in a similar role, out of which at least 6+ years should be in the UAE and have an excellent understanding of procedures, concepts of the UAE Labor Law and workforce trend.
