Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

A large family group based in Sharjah, is seeking a HR Manager to oversee one of their divisions.

- Advising and coaching on people management matters and complying with Employment Law, as well as devising and implementing HR plans
- Lead performance management activities, including employee development planning
- Managing the entire recruitment process, including advertising, selection and interviewing
- Conducting disciplinary/grievance meetings
- Ensure consistency of application of HR policies and procedures and initiate changes in line with changing legal requirements
- Roll out of HR related programs
- Partner with and provide input to Centre of Expertise on the design of a robust suite of HR programs
- Work with direct reports and senior leaders to deliver such programs including total rewards, talent management, workforce planning, talent acquisition and employee relations
- Provide expertise in the areas of organization design, organizational effectiveness, change management and serve as an internal facilitator & consultant to the client group
- In collaboration with Talent Acquisition, coach and mentor hiring managers through the talent acquisition and on-boarding process for new team members

Requirements

Candidates must be fluent Arabic and have at least 5 years experience in HR position.

Candidates with experience in an education environment would be preferred.

The role is based in Sharjah and competitive salary on offer.
