HR Manager - Ras Al Khaimah

Our client is seeking an HR Manager to be based in their offices in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. This role will be reporting to the HR Director.

This person will be responsible to implement strategy for HR management and development including policy/practices, discipline, grievance, counseling, pay and conditions, contracts, morale and motivation, culture and attitudinal development, and quality management issues. Moreover, he/she will be acting as a coach and reference of expertise to the Management team on all HR aspects.

Requirements

The successful candidate should possess:

- Bachelor's Degree, preferably a certified course in HR or Masters
- Minimum 10 years of experience of which 4 to 5 years of Managerial Experience
- In depth and expert knowledge of UAE Labor Law and broad knowledge on all facets of HR.
- Stake holder management
- Change management
- Fluent in English and Arabic
