Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a leading provider within the aviation sector. Our client is looking to hire a HR Manager to join their established team, based in Sharjah.
As HR Manager you will enhance the performance of the business, develop and recognise talent and oversee the general management of the HR department. You will be involved with all aspects of HR as well as manage recruitment expectations of the business, monitor retention levels and maintain performance management. Additionally you will play an active part within the company payroll. You will also establish policies and procedures, develop and review assessment techniques as well as conduct training sessions and maintain records and produce reports.
Requirements
The successful candidate should be Degree educated within a recognised HR discipline, CIPD would be advantageous. You should be proficient in payroll, policy development, organisational design as well as job evaluation, performance management, recruitment and retention strategies. A knowledge of local labor laws is essential, so ideally you should have UAE experience. Preference will be given to candidates with aviation background and strong HR experience.
