Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a global organisation who is looking to hire a HR Manager to join their expanding team. As HR Manager you will report to the Managing Partner and oversee all departments whilst being hands-on with regard to HR operations.
Your main responsibilities will be to manage the HR, Finance and IT Departments and support each team with professional alignment. You will be heavily involved in manpower planning, sourcing, recruitment, performance management, restructuring and learning and development. Alongside these duties you will be part of an organisation that is rapidly expanding and will implement new ideas, transforming the culture and keeping the teams motivated, putting ideas forward so that this company stands out from the rest.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have strong knowledge of UAE Labour Laws. You should be innovative, ambitious, driven and extremely forward thinking. You should also be confident and not afraid to trial and error new ideas. Being naturally creative you should be passionate about working with people. This is not a role for someone to sit back and delegate.
