AED Competitive Package
Assist the HR & Administration Director in the design, development, implementation and management of HR systems, policies and procedures in accord with the UAE laws and regulations and global best practices, and thereby facilitate effective management of HR operations in alignment to Company's Business Strategy.
The HR Manager reports to the HR & Administration Director and confers with the latter on critical and strategic issues. The successful candidate will be expected to draw up plans and strategies for the effective administration of HR activities in order to support all operations and achievement of the business strategies.

- Ability to work under pressure and adjust quickly to changing priorities and deal with ambiguity by championing solutions
- Able to understand, speak, read and write English & Arabic fluently.
- Mentoring, coaching & people management skills.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- 8 - 10 Years' experience in a similar work environment with at least 3 years in managerial role in a large production/operations facility
- Experience of managing relationships with Government or other public-sector representatives at a senior level in the region
- In depth knowledge of Company's business objectives, operations and of the UAE laws & regulations.
- In-depth knowledge of organizational behaviour, development & change management techniques and global best practices.
