HR Manager

Job description / Role

- Manage the client stakeholders, team members, or contract personnel to design a solution and establish associated project time lines and budgets that allow for the delivery of the most strategic functionality within the project constraints.
- Establish and maintain a usable and well-communicated schedule for all phases of a project.
- Understands basic revenue models, p/l, and cost-to-completion projections and makes decisions accordingly.
- Understands our pricing model and billing procedures.
- Accurately forecasts revenue, profitability, margins, bill rates and utilization.
- To support Country Manager and Project Managers in all HR related matters
- Determine resource requirements (including staffing, software, hardware, and facilities - housing accommodation, foods providing, transportation & etc) of projects, based on project specifications.
- Manage employee relations programs (benefits and welfare).
- Assist with the review and execution of HR policies.
- Assist with the talent acquisition process.
- Participate in other HR initiatives and projects.

Requirements

- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in HR particularly in UAE , experienced in EPC Industry is a plus
- Minimum Diploma in any relevant disciplines
- Sound knowledge in UAE Labour Law, regulations on work permit, employment visa in all emirates of UAE
- Must be willing to station in Fujairah
- possessing UAE Driving License is a plus but not required
- Ability to speak Arabic is a plus
- Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation, project management and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
- Proactive, creative, resourceful and a strong team player
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint will be an added advantage
