The RoleThe RoleMy client, a large international insurance company is currently seeking a Human Resources Manager to join their dynamic team in the UAE. The successful candidate must have 7-10 years HR experience with at least the last 3 with an Insurance company in the UAE. Responsibilities: • Maintain functions such as employee benefits, recruitment, employee contacts and compensation. • Plan and direct all human resource activities for the company. • Make aware to staff the HR procedures for the company. • Monitor all HR issues and all staff related queries. • Perform other related duties. |
RequirementsRequirements• Bachelor’s Degree; Graduate. • Minimum 7 years of experience in HR with the last 3 in an Insurance company in the UAE. • Excellent people management skills and a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs. • Fluency in Arabic will be a plus.
